These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and jomwin8 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated under an international gaming licence. • "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real funds out of a User's Account to a verified payment method registered under the same name as the Account holder.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any staking of real or bonus funds on an outcome within the platform's gaming or sports products.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before processing withdrawals or accessing higher account tiers.
• "Platform" means the jomwin8 website, mobile interface, associated APIs, and any other digital product operated under the jomwin8 brand.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory or jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services of this nature is prohibited by applicable local law.

To register and maintain an Account on jomwin8, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

2. You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated registrations, and accounts operated by bots or scripts are strictly prohibited.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through jomwin8 or through any other recognised responsible gambling registry.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number. jomwin8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified jomwin8 of a security breach.

jomwin8 employs a KYC verification process that is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes: a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and where required, verification of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. jomwin8 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings derived from play prior to identity verification where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.

jomwin8 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and service reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

All deposits and withdrawals on jomwin8 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Approved deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and supported cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. jomwin8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests will only be approved to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal request of real-money balance.

jomwin8 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer and are in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering multiplier") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable multiplier is displayed on each individual promotion page.
• Minimum Deposit: Most welcome bonuses require a minimum deposit of RM 30 to RM 50 to activate. Exact amounts are stated per promotion.

All wagers placed on the jomwin8 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their bet selections — including the event, market, stake amount, and odds — prior to confirmation. jomwin8 will not accept claims for cancellation or amendment of confirmed wagers except under specific circumstances outlined below.

Sports Betting: Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or void prior to the minimum time threshold required to settle a particular market, the relevant bet may be voided and the stake returned at jomwin8's discretion, in accordance with the rules applicable to that sport. In-play bets are settled based on the actual result at the time the market is closed.

Live Casino: All live dealer games use real dealers and physical gaming equipment streamed in real time. Results are final and binding once the round is completed. In the rare event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the actual result captured by the game provider's system logs.

Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based games operate on certified Random Number Generator systems independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the respective game information panels. jomwin8 does not manipulate RTP or RNG outcomes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jomwin8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions, or using the platform as a mechanism for financial crime;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain and failing to report them promptly;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or similar tools;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards platform staff or other users;
• Accessing the platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, jomwin8 reserves the right to freeze the Account, retain all balances pending investigation, and take whatever legal action is appropriate under international and applicable local law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without express written permission from jomwin8.

Unauthorised use of jomwin8 intellectual property — including brand name, visual assets, or game content — may result in legal action. Third-party game content is the property of the respective game studios and is used on the platform under commercial licensing arrangements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jomwin8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to service interruption, technical failure, or network issues outside jomwin8's control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Financial losses arising from participation in gambling activities on the platform;

jomwin8's total cumulative liability to any individual User for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

jomwin8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder;
• Receipt of a credible third-party complaint indicating the Account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons unrelated to fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Account holder via the last verified payment method used, following completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting jomwin8 support. Account closure requests are subject to a review period of up to 5 business days.

jomwin8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Users are encouraged to contact jomwin8 support in the first instance. jomwin8 will endeavour to respond to formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jomwin8 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or address imminent security concerns.
